Apart from the regular Executive Development Programmes, Seminars, and Workshops for the top and middle management of Banks and Financial Institutions, the Institute conducts Customised Programmes to meet the specific needs of the Banking Industry. 

The course content of these programmes is developed in consultation with the particular bank/financial Institution and it imparts inputs on IT-enabled services of specific relevance to that institution. Prior to the commencement of the programme, the Institute studies in depth the various technology initiatives of the particular organization, the stage and pace of technology implementation, the bottlenecks encountered, challenges faced and the future technology needs of the Bank/FI. It’s on the basis of this specific study and interaction with the top management, that the content for the programme is finalized.

The participants are also provided detailed inputs on the latest developments in the arena of Banking Technology. Sessions on subjects such as Knowledge Management, HR and Technology, Business Techniques and Approaches, Banking Technology Experiences Worldwide, Computer Forensics etc, which are of critical importance to the industry in the emerging scenario, are arranged. Experts from the academia and the industry are invited to share their experiences during such sessions. Over 40% of the programmes conducted by the Institute are Customised Programmes. 

The duration of these programmes is generally a week so as to enable a group of executives from an organization to take time off from their busy schedules and get a detailed understanding of the latest offerings of technology. However, depending on the topics and level of participants, and considering the time constraints especially in the case of top management, the duration of customised programmes may be modified accordingly. The number of participants for a customized programme is generally limited to a maximum of 24. 

The Institute charges per participant Rs. 18,000/- for a weeklong programme, Rs. 10,500/- for a three-day programme, Rs. 7,500/- for a two-day programme and Rs. 4,000/- for a programme of a day. However, for Customized Programmes, the Institute charges only Rs. 3,60,000/- for a weeklong programme, Rs 2,10,000/- for a three-day programme, Rs. 1,50,000/- for a two-day programme and Rs. 80,000/- for a day-long programme, for a group of 24 participants.
